Year 6 Hockey Tournament
On Tuesday 26th June 2018, 12 pupils from Oak Class split into two teams of six – Team A and Team B – to go to Down Grange Sports Centre and play Hockey. We found a nice shady spot under a tree so we didn’t burn in the heat and stayed underneath it after every game. We were confident and supported one another, which helped us greatly. All of us contributed to the ten games. Both teams played and altogether, between us all, we won seven games out of ten. Everybody had great fun and as a reward for working hard we got sweets and drinks. Overall everyone had a great time there and we’re sure the current year fives will have a great time and enjoy it like we did too.
