Winchester Science Centre
Our Year 1 and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed their opportunity to explore the 'hands-on' exhibition at the Winchester Science museum.
Choosing a food, being issued with a ticket and walking through the Colon Cafe was a firm favourite and many enjoyed the Science of Sport zone too. They had the chance to find out about space, gravity, magnetic fields, forces, reflection, recycling and pendulums to name but a few.
We all enjoyed visiting the Planetarium and watching the film 'Cardboard Rocket'. We all used our imaginations as we travelled through space visiting all of the different planets.
