Subbuteo Final

The final was between Elliot (Columbia) and Tom (Algeria).
At the beginning of the match Elliot kicked off. Brilliant pass from Elliot but gave the ball to Tom. Tom missed the ball and it was time for Elliot to try and score. A powerful shot it was but he missed. Several shots tried to be scored in the first 5 minutes but still 0-0. Brilliant save by goalie Tom. Elliot scored first making the match 1-0 to Elliot!
Another shot for Elliot but he missed again! Solid defence under pressure for Tom and Elliot.
Half time came and they switched ends. Score remains 1-0 to Elliot.
A powerful kick off by Tom. Then a brilliant pass from a throw in and once again Elliot tried to score but he missed. A foul occurs and Tom attempts to score, a throw in making it 2-0 to Elliot. Powerful shot by Elliot again, just goes over the line to make it 3-0. Putting a great chance for Elliot he doesn’t touch the ball but his player goes in the goal and again for another attack. There is a gapping hole in Tom’s defence. There’s another attack by Elliot a shot rolling along the line with a great chance for Tom to clear it. He pushes it away but unfortunately it touched Elliot’s player.
Just near the end of the half Elliot scored another goal make the score 4-0 to Elliot. Tom was going to kick off but the full time whistle went. A great match with two great players.
