KS1 Seaside Morning
To celebrate the end of our topic 'Oh we do like to be beside the seaside', KS1 held a very special seaside morning.
Children looked amazing in their seaside clothes and accessories and were able to bring in their own buckets and spades.
The children had the opportunity to go shopping to buy their 'penny licks', they competed in a sandcastle competion and
enjoyed a ride along the promenade but had to be wary of the seagulls!
They also had the chance to go cliff climbing and experienced the joys of some traditional seaside games such as shove ha'penny, taking aim at the coconut shy and hoopla.
A fantastic morning was had by all.
