Be Bright, Be Seen
On Friday 19th November 2021 Cliddesden School’s Junior Road Safety Officers ran a Be Bright, Be Seen day. All the children came to school dressed in their brightest clothing. The aim of the day was to raise awareness of how we need to dress when we are out and about on our bikes or walking. In a special Be Bright, Be Seen assembly the children learnt that in the daytime they need to dress in bright clothing and in the evening then fluorescent clothing works best to make sure we are visible to other road users. Each child donated £1 to come to school in non-uniform and £98.00 was donated to BBC’s Children in Need.
