Conker Competition
On Monday 7th November, Cliddesden Primary School had a conker competition. Mark Barden kindly arranged and set up this event
Willow and Beech class went first. JLT (Junior Leadership Team) and Katie judged the games. It was so close in some rounds but there had to be a winner. After lots of amazing games the winner for Willow was Marshall and the winner for Beech was Edward.
Then it was the turn of Chestnut Class. Like before, they were all close matches. All players played extremely well and in the first rounds every player accepted if they lost so it was easy to get on with the competition.
But there had to be just one winner and that was Sean. Then Oak, who are the oldest in the school, came in. They were also good in all the games. After all the matches, there was a winner - Harrison.
Everyone did extremely well and everyone thought it was amazing. All the winners were congratulated and we managed to raise an amazing amount of money for Children in Need.
