Chestnut - Romans in Britain Presentation
During the Spring Term, Chestnut class have been learning about The Romans as their history topic. The children have been fascinated by the topic and enjoyed learning about everything the Romans have done for us. At the end of the topic, they performed a presentation assembly on all they have learnt to their families. The children approached the production with great enthusiasm and the end performance was a triumph. They sang, acted and danced their way through a potted history of the Roman occupation, finishing with a rousing finale detailing the sequence of invasions and occupation during the first millennium. Well done, Chestnut Class!
